If this sounds familiar...

You are not alone. These are the exact frustrations we hear from parents every single day.

You've tried app after app, but nothing sticks for more than a week.

Homework time is a daily source of stress and you dread it.

School says they're "doing their best" but your child is still falling behind.

You've spent hours on Google and Facebook groups but feel more confused than when you started.

You know your child is capable. The system just isn't set up for how they learn.

You've got an EHCP but nothing has actually changed in practice.

Your child is refusing school and you don't know what to do next.

You're providing EOTAS but don't have a structured learning profile to work from.

It doesn't have to be this way.

A structured audit cuts through the noise and gives you a clear, evidence-based path forward.

What's in your audit

Every audit is a comprehensive, personalised document. Here's what you'll receive.

Report structure aligned with the SEND Code of Practice areas of need: communication & interaction, cognition & learning, social/emotional/mental health, and sensory/physical needs.

1

Child Learning Snapshot

Your child's strengths, friction points, and SEND areas of need, mapped so schools can read it immediately. Includes EHCP differentiation if applicable.

2

Evidence-Tagged Findings

Each finding includes what we observed, why it matters, the evidence strength (Strong/Moderate/Emerging), and confidence-in-fit for your child.

3

Action Checklist

Every recommendation consolidated into one printable checklist, grouped by this week, this month, and 90-day goals. Stick it on the fridge.

4

90-Day Implementation Plan

A weekly rhythm with monthly milestones and 90-day targets. Not just what to do, but when to do it, how long it takes, and who is responsible.

5

Parent Advocacy Toolkit

Meeting prep checklists, provision request templates, evidence documentation guidance, escalation pathways, and ready-to-use questions for school meetings.

6

Tools with Implementation Steps

Every tool recommendation includes purpose, setup steps, a minimum viable routine, failure modes, and the evidence behind it. Not just a list of apps.

7

Burnout Recovery Pathway

If your child is in crisis or burnout, we detect this from your intake and include a stabilisation-first plan: demand reduction before new demands.

8

School Collaboration Guide

A one-page SENCO summary, measurable outcomes, Assess-Plan-Do-Review template, parent meeting scripts, and real-world vignettes of what works.

Not an EHCP replacement

This audit works alongside your EHCP

Your EHCP sets out what your child is legally entitled to. This audit turns those broad outcomes into a practical, step-by-step plan for home and school. Not just a description of needs, but a roadmap for action.

Your EHCP does

  • Statutory description of your child's needs
  • Legally required provision
  • Educational entitlements
  • Framework for school accountability

Statutory document under the Children and Families Act 2014.

This audit does

  • Translate needs into daily action steps
  • Provide a weekly and monthly home plan
  • Give you burnout and regulation strategies
  • Build your advocacy confidence
  • Prepare you for school meetings
  • Provide a 90-day recovery or progress pathway

Share the Action Checklist and School Collaboration Guide with your SENCO to strengthen your next Annual Review.

No EHCP? That's fine. The audit is just as useful without one. Many families are still in the assessment process, or have SEN Support rather than an EHCP.

Evidence-based approach

Built on research, not guesswork

Every recommendation in your audit is grounded in peer-reviewed research, NICE clinical guidelines, and the SEND Code of Practice. We don't prescribe “learning styles” or generic app lists. We use evidence-tagged interventions with implementation steps that actually work.

What this is: A structured, evidence-tagged plan to improve learning outcomes in real contexts: home, school, and transitions between them. Consistent with how statutory SEN support works: assess, plan, do, review.

What this is not: A diagnostic assessment. It does not diagnose conditions or prescribe “learning styles.” We draw hard boundaries so that educational recommendations remain safe and credible.

About

Why I built this

I spent years working in education technology, supporting schools, EOTAS providers, and families trying to find tools and approaches that actually worked for neurodiverse learners. What I kept seeing was the same problem: good intentions, fragmented information, and no clear path forward.

Parents would come away from school meetings with a list of suggestions and no idea where to start. EOTAS tutors were working without structured learning profiles. The gap between what a child needs and what actually happens is where families and providers get stuck.

This audit exists to close that gap. It takes what we know works, grounded in research and aligned with UK educational frameworks, and turns it into something families and practitioners can actually use. Alongside the audit, our EOTAS compliance platform supports providers with safeguarding, lone working compliance, and policy tracking.

I am not selling a magic solution. I am offering a clear, honest assessment and a practical plan, written for the people who need to use it.

Every child who struggles in a system not built for them deserves someone who takes the time to understand how they actually learn, and to say: here is what you can do about it.

What guides this work

Evidence first. No guesswork, no fads.
Honest about limits. This is not a diagnosis.
Practical over perfect. A good plan you can use beats a perfect plan you cannot.
Families first. Schools and clinicians matter, but parents hold the context.
For the first time, I felt like someone actually understood what my son needs. The recommendations were specific, practical, and we saw changes within the first week.
